Nathalie Chabot has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the In Service Engineering Supervisor at MHI RJ Aviation ULC since June 2020. Prior to this role, Nathalie Chabot held various positions at Bombardier from May 1996 to May 2020, including Supervisor In Service Engineering, Customer Fleet Support for CRJ, and Lead Program for CRJ In Service Supplier Management. Nathalie Chabot's responsibilities included managing customer quality representation during aircraft acceptance, coordinating logistics for fleet-wide issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process. Nathalie Chabot holds a DEC in Aircraft Mechanic from École Nationale d'Aéronautique, completed in 1996, and has also undergone training with Dale Carnegie.
