Roger Yau currently serves as Supervisor of Spare Parts Planning and Forecasting at MHI RJ Aviation Group since October 2021. Prior to this role, Roger was the Manager of Technical Support at Behavox for a brief period and held the same title at TRU Simulation + Training from November 2019 to July 2021, overseeing worldwide technical support, publications, training, and installations across multiple countries. Roger's extensive experience at BOMBARDIER from 2006 to 2019 includes roles such as Section Chief in the Global7500 Program Management Office, where oversight involved financial performance for two manufacturing sites, and management of the CSeries Aircraft Economics and Maintenance Data Analysis, focusing on reliability and maintenance costs during both development and in-service phases. Roger began the career as a Maintenance Engineering Analyst, executing maintenance cost analyses for various aircraft models. Roger holds a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Economics from Carleton University.
