Delia Bridges

Delia Bridges is an experienced professional in procurement and administration, currently serving as the Assistant Purchasing Agent for the City of Macon since December 2007, responsible for purchasing goods and services for the Macon-Bibb County Government, holding certifications as a Certified Professional Public Buyer and Certified Professional Procurement Officer. Prior to this role, Delia worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Medical Center of Central Georgia, assisting in the Neonatal Intensive Care and Pediatric Intensive Care units, and held positions as an Assistant Business Manager at Stratford Academy, and Budget Analysis/Buyer for the Macon Police Department, where Delia automated financial systems. Delia's career in public service began in 1975 as a Senior Purchasing Clerk with the City of Macon. Delia's educational background includes studies at Georgia Southern University.
