Brian Holland

Brian Holland has a strong background in ship repair and services, with their most recent role as President and General Manager at MHI Ship Repair & Services. Prior to this, they worked as the COO/Sr VP, VP of Programs and Business Capture, and Business Director at the same company. Before joining MHI Ship Repair & Services, Brian served as the Chief Operating Officer at Metropolitan Solutions. Brian also worked as the Director of Planning at Earl Industries for ten years. Brian'swork experience began at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, where they held the role of Nuclear Project Engineer and Planning Manager for twelve years.

Brian Holland started their education journey in 1986 at Virginia Tech, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. Brian completed their undergraduate studies in 1990.

In 1994, Brian furthered their education at Old Dominion University, where they earned a Master's Degree in Engineering Management. Brian concluded this program in 1995.

Continuing their pursuit of higher education, Brian attended William & Mary in 2000 and 2001 to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. The field of study for this degree was not specified.
