Joanna Leon

JoAnna Leon serves as the Director of WERC Membership and MHI-CICMHE at MHI since August 2015, with responsibilities focused on the implementation of initiatives for the Warehousing Education and Research Council, driving membership growth through recruitment, retention, and community engagement. Prior to this role, JoAnna held several positions at the Warehousing Education and Research Council, including Manager of Membership and Chapter Relations, and Membership and Chapter Relations Coordinator at the Professional Convention Management Association, where a promotion followed the successful execution of recruitment and retention programs. JoAnna's career began at Bacon-Hedland Management as an Administrative/Project Coordinator, and education credentials include an Associate of Arts in Business Administration/Travel and Tourism from Robert Morris University - Illinois and a high school diploma from Curie Metropolitan High School.
