Caleb McMillen

Caleb McMillen serves as MHK’s Vice President of Financial and Operational Performance and is responsible for assisting all departments across the organization in their drive to exceed financial targets while creating and implementing transparent reporting tools to ensure appropriate execution on implementation and support projects.

Prior to his current role with MHK, Caleb served as MHK’s Director of Financial Planning and Analysis where he helped drive record top and bottom-line growth through the use of weekly scorecards, KPIs, and dashboards. He was also responsible for ensuring adherence to the annual operating budget and driving cost efficiencies through strategic resourcing.

Prior to joining MHK, Caleb worked at ThinkDirect Marketing Group where he modeled the financial impacts of industry trends, directed internal auditing, and created and executed adherence to monthly forecasting.

Caleb holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Clearwater Christian College.
