Heather O'Brien

Heather O'Brien has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing and communications. Heather currently holds the position of Senior Director of Marketing at MHK since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Marketing at MHK from February 2018 to June 2021. Before joining MHK, Heather worked at Advantica Administrative Services, Inc. as a Marketing Communications Specialist from January 2014 to August 2016, and as a Proposal Writer from January 2012 to January 2014. Heather also gained experience at PMSI, where they held multiple roles including Senior Communications Specialist from 2008 to 2012, Marketing/Research Specialist in 2007-2008, and Case Administrator from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, Heather worked as a Marketing Specialist at Aspect Medical Systems from 2002 to 2004 and at UroMed from 2000 to 2002. Throughout their career, they have been involved in managing cross-functional teams, developing and implementing various processes, proposal development, sales support, and marketing communications.

Heather O'Brien pursued their education from 1990 to 1993 at Brockton High School, where they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. Following this, they enrolled in Bridgewater State University in 1993 and completed their studies in 1998, earning a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, and Management Science. Recently, Heather obtained certification in the Hearst Leadership Development Program from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in June 2023.
