Inga Schmitzer

Inga Schmitzer serves as MHK’s Vice President of Human Resources (HR), providing leadership and guidance to all HR operations. Inga is responsible for establishing and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures and best practices, thereby enabling MHK talent to perform and deliver at the highest levels. In this role, Inga is also responsible for identifying and implementing long-range talent management goals that support MHK's strategic plans and company growth.

Prior to joining MHK, Inga held various HR leadership roles for a computer reseller, a national placement firm and a manufacturer of amorphous metals. Most recently, she served eighteen years in various HR Director roles at the largest global distributor of IT products and services.

Inga received her bachelor’s degree from Westminster College in Pennsylvania, holds an HR Management Certificate from the University of Pittsburgh, and has been SHRM – SCP certified since 2018
