Lily Thill

Lily Thill is the current VP of People & Talent at Karat. Lily has also worked as Regional VP of Continuous Improvement at Caesars Entertainment Corporation and as an HRBP - Sr Director at Medallia. Lily took a break from work in 2020 to set up a small farm in the Willamette Valley.

Lily Thill pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the UCLA Anderson School of Management after completing a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
