Lisa Willett has a strong background in the healthcare industry, with progressive leadership roles at various organizations. Lisa is currently a Member of the Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation (WBL), a nonprofit organization that supports women executives in the healthcare industry. Prior to this, Lisa was the Vice President of Strategic Accounts at MHK. Lisa also held the position of Vice President of Population Health and Member Engagement, as well as Vice President of Customer Experience, at Marpai, Inc. Lisa's experience also includes roles as Vice President of Customer Experience at Continental Benefits (now Marpai Health), Senior Director of Operations Excellence and Director of Quality and Process Improvement at DST Health, Director of Quality Improvement at naviHealth, and Director of International Quality at Healthways. Additionally, they served as a Board Member at SafeHouse of Shelby County, Inc. Lisa began their career as a 6 Sigma Black Belt at Caterpillar Inc. Lisa has a track record of driving quality and process improvement initiatives across multiple healthcare organizations.
Lisa Willett completed their education with an Associate of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Volunteer State Community College in 1996. Lisa then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Trevecca Nazarene University from 1998 to 1999. In 2003, Lisa completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Belmont University.
