Daniela Pena, M.A, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Methodist Healthcare Ministries of South Texas, Inc. since March 2023. Previously, Daniela held the position of Human Resources Manager at Operational Technologies Corporation (OpTech) from June 2012 to March 2023, where responsibilities included administering employee benefits programs, managing open enrollment, evaluating contract bids, and overseeing hiring processes. Daniela's early career involved roles as a Research Assistant I and Research Data Analyst Intern, providing valuable contributions to the Air Force through needs analysis and statistical evaluations for testing items. Additionally, Daniela worked as a McNair Graduate Assistant at St. Mary's University, leading GRE preparation workshops and mentoring student scholars. Daniela earned a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Mary's University.
