Stephanie Luster

Stephanie Luster, MPH, serves as an Evaluation & Impact Specialist and Senior Program Officer at Methodist Healthcare Ministries of South Texas, Inc. since October 2016. Concurrently, Luster has worked as the Community Health Director for The Louise Batz Patient Safety Foundation since February 2015, leading the EMPOWER project in partnership with The University of Texas at Austin-School of Pharmacy and the City of San Antonio Head Start program. Previous experience includes roles as an Industrial Hygienist at the U.S. Department of Labor and a Program Planner at CentroMed. Luster's early career includes positions as a Checker at HEB, a Teaching Assistant at UTHealth, and an Administrative Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin. Luster holds a Master's Degree in Public Health from UTHealth Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin.
