Anna Guirguis Lmsw

Anna Guirguis, LMSW, MA, currently serves as the Managing Director of Quality and Compliance at Housing Works, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on audit oversight, outcome measurement, quality assurance support, and staff training. With additional experience as a Psychotherapist and Program Supervisor of Care Coordination at Mental Health Providers of Western Queens, Anna provides therapy to diverse populations while overseeing care coordination staff and ensuring program compliance. Previous roles include Director of Clinical Services at Bailey House, Senior Career Advisor at The Fortune Society, and Youth and Family Field Counselor at Esperanza NY, Inc. Anna holds a Master of Arts in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and a Master of Arts in Psychology in Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of Staten Island.
