Kathryn Smith is an experienced product and payroll manager with a diverse background in human resources and operational roles. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager and Product Owner for Payroll at MHR since March 2022, Kathryn previously held positions at Fresenius Medical Care as HR Operations Manager and Payroll Manager for the UK&I from July 2020 to March 2022. Prior to this, Kathryn managed payroll operations at trentbarton, spanning from January 2012 to July 2020.
