Nuala Beattie

Nuala Beattie has a diverse and extensive work experience in various HR and leadership positions. Nuala began their career in 2006 at Kent County Council as an Employee Services role. Nuala then joined Sevenoaks District Council in 2008 as an HR Advisor, before moving to Kent Probation in 2013 as a Human Resources Officer. From 2014 to 2018, Nuala worked as an HR Manager at Sevenoaks District Council. Nuala then joined Medway Council in 2018 as an Organisational Change Manager, and later became the Head of HR & Payroll from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they work at mhs homes as the Assistant Director of People, Talent & Communications.

Nuala Beattie completed their education with a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD between the years 2008 to 2010. Nuala also pursued the CIPD Advanced Development Programme Level 7 during the same period. Prior to this, they attended St. Simon Stock School, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
