Dana Moell

Dana Moell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Managed Health Services since June 2011, Dana has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations and Senior Director of Operations. Previous experience includes an interim position as Director of Member and Provider Services at Centene Corporation and as Assistant Director of Alumni Relations at DePauw University. Dana’s early career at ATA Airlines spanned over a decade, where roles included Reservation Support Manager and Customer Relations Manager, leading substantial customer service teams and initiatives. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies and Communications from DePauw University, obtained in 1995.
