Michael Funk has extensive experience in healthcare contracting and network development, currently serving as Manager of Contracting and Network Development at Managed Health Services - Centene Corporation since August 2018. Prior to this role, Michael held similar positions as Manager of Contracting and Network Development at Sunshine State Health Plan, Inc. from January 2017 to August 2018, and as Regional Manager of Provider Operations at Prestige Health Choice from 2013 to January 2017. Michael’s career began at Universal Healthcare as a Provider Relations Representative from 2005 to 2010, followed by a role as Sr. Network Contracting Manager at United Healthcare from November 2010 to 2013.
