Tammy Young is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and care management. Currently serving as Care Manager II at Managed Health Services - Centene Corporation since February 2017, Tammy has also held positions as a Care Coordinator at Western Sky Community Care and as an Infection Preventionist at Kindred Healthcare. Prior roles include RN Case Manager at Freedom Home Health & Hospice and Case Manager at Kindred Healthcare, where Tammy began as an LPN. Educationally, Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Ivy Tech Community College Columbus.
