Keith Wyckoff

Keith Wyckoff is an experienced professional in field service operations and customer service management, currently serving as the Director of Field Service Operations at MHS Lift Inc. since January 2017. In this role, Keith oversees a team of road tech professionals servicing clients across Virginia to Central New Jersey and the Philadelphia market, while also managing an aftermarket sales team focused on business acquisition and customer relationship maintenance. Prior to this position, Keith was a Manager at MHS Lift, where responsibilities included leading a team dedicated to customer service and the sales of warehouse products across Central New Jersey to the eastern shore of Maryland/Virginia. Keith began the career at MHS Lift as a Customer Service Representative from April 2014 to January 2017. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Rowan University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
