Allison Winstel is currently the Chief of Staff at mHUB. Prior to their current position, they were a Graduate Fellow at mHUB, where they developed an entrepreneurship milestone framework to guide 700+ entrepreneurs and consultants through the business and product development processes. Allison also led a team in designing a 6-month entrepreneurship cohort program for 13 early-stage female entrepreneurs.
Before their time at mHUB, Allison was a Workshop Facilitator at the University of Michigan for their CommonGround program. There, they designed and facilitated workshops exploring social identities, prejudice, stereotyping, power, privilege, and oppression through open dialogue.
Allison has also worked as an MBA Consultant for UnitedHealthcare and as an intern for Enterprise Community Partners.
Allison Winstel has a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan's Rackham Graduate School, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a Nonprofit Management Major and Kelley School of Business Certificate from Indiana University Bloomington. Allison also has certification from Wolf & Heron in Influential Storytelling.
Their manager is Haven Allen, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Manas Mehandru - COO, Bill Fienup - Co-Founder & VP, Innovation Services, and John Welin - Shop Director.
