Charles Traut

Charles Traut is a skilled Prototyping Lab Technician at mHUB since April 2023, with a diverse background in freelance graphic design and digital art, specializing in Adobe suite applications for laser cutting and fabrication technology. Previous experience includes serving as Production Manager at Petersen Brothers Plastics, overseeing custom signage projects, and contributing to tactile exhibits for the Art Institute of Chicago. Charles held multiple roles at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, including Advanced Instructional Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed the maintenance and operation of advanced production equipment. Charles earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, following education at Brooklyn Technical High School and Ox-Bow School of Art & Artists' Residency.
