Gin Yang Ooi

GIN YANG OOI is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Mi Equipment (M) Sdn Bhd since October 2022, GIN is responsible for the comprehensive review of consolidated financial statements and cash flow management for the Semiconductor Equipment Business Unit. Prior to this role, GIN held various positions within Mi Equipment, including Business Unit Senior Finance Executive and Senior Finance Executive, leading key financial operations and projects such as IPO applications and ERP system setups. Previously, GIN gained valuable experience at AirAsia Global Shared Services, progressing from Intercompany Settlement Executive to Intercompany Settlement Team Lead, overseeing intercompany transactions and financial reporting. GIN holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting) from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology.
