Dennis Kochanowski

Dennis Kochanowski has extensive expertise in land development and construction management, currently serving as VP of Land Development at M/I Homes, Inc. since December 2018, and previously held the position of Vice President of Construction. Prior to M/I Homes, Dennis worked as a Project Manager at 814 Corp for a brief period in 2018 and spent over two decades at PulteGroup, where responsibilities included serving as Area Project Construction Manager. Dennis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Central Michigan University, obtained from 1992 to 1996.
