Ethan Spalding

Ethan Spalding, MPS, currently serves as the Land Acquisition Manager at M/I Homes, Inc., having progressed from the role of Land Project Manager within the same department. With extensive experience in the real estate and planning sectors, Ethan previously worked as an Associate Planner for the Town of McCordsville and as an Asset Management Coordinator with Milhaus. Additionally, Ethan has a military background, serving as a Squad Leader (Staff Sergeant) in the Indiana National Guard since 2014. Early career experience includes serving as an Assistant Field Manager at PulteGroup. Ethan holds a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Administration/Foundations of Management from Ball State University.
