Morris Hill

Morris Hill, PMP, currently serves as the Land Development/Acquisition and Entitlement Manager at M/I Homes, Inc. since July 2023. Prior to this role, Morris held multiple positions at Taylor Morrison, including Area Land Development and Forward Planning Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Land Development Manager from November 2020 to July 2025. From July 2018 to December 2020, Morris worked as the Planning Section Manager for Manatee County Government. Additionally, Morris developed the DME division at Coastal Orthopedics from 2010 to 2018, significantly increasing revenue and efficiency. Earlier experience includes managing land development and acquisition projects at Earthworks Land Development from January 2002 to January 2009, overseeing the creation of finished lots for builders and managing site work for various municipalities in Florida. Morris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Everglades University.
