Mario Vrgoc

Mario Vrgoc has a strong background in IT and system administration. Mario started their career as an IT Technician at Community Health Centre in 2008 before moving on to work as a System Administrator at AlfaSoft in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Computer Technician at PC Brand before transitioning to become an IT Administrator at General hospital Sremska Mitrovica in 2011. At the hospital, Mario was responsible for overseeing the overall performance of computers and managing the network infrastructure, which included over 350 computers and 6 servers. In 2016, they joined M&I Systems, Co. as an Information Security Manager and IT System Administrator. Mario held these roles until 2018, when they joined Sterling Trading Tech as a Senior Linux System Engineer. In 2020, Mario returned to M&I Systems, Co. as a Data Protection Officer. Overall, Mario Vrgoc has a diverse range of experience in IT and system administration, with a particular focus on data protection and security.

Mario Vrgoc has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from TF Mihajlo Pupin Zrenjanin, which they obtained from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they graduated with a degree in Computer Software Engineering from the same institution from 2002 to 2008. Mario's educational journey began at a Technical school, where they completed their high school education from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Mario has also earned several certifications. These include "Sistem upravljanja bezbednošću informacija u organizacijama (ISMS) Zahtevi standarda ISO27001:2013" from SGS in February 2018, "Integrated Health Information System" from the Ministry of Health Republic of Serbia and Sorsix in May 2016, and "Introduction to Linux" from EDX Linux Foundation in August 2014.
