Jim Soltys is an experienced professional with a career spanning over four decades in the electronic test and measurement industry. Jim has served as a Strategic Account Manager at NSI-MI Technologies since August 2004, specializing in turnkey test solutions for high-performance antennas, radomes, and radar cross section. Prior to this role, Jim spent 23 years at Agilent Technologies, holding various positions including Worldwide Channel Manager for Systems and Services, Business Manager for Automotive Electronics Test Products, and Consulting Manager. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University Northwest, earned in 1973.
