Ketan Joshi

Ketan Joshi has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within the technology and retail industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Jr. Web Developer at Search Results Media until January 2016. Ketan then moved on to MindArray Systems as a Software Engineer for a few months before joining Digital Media LLP as an IT Support Specialist from May 2016 to September 2017. Ketan then worked as a Student Worker at Seneca College, providing technical support and assisting with IT services from October 2017 to April 2018. In May 2018, they transitioned to daVinci Retail as a Software Engineer for a brief period of time. Following that, Ketan joined Circle K as a Customer Service Representative in September 2018, where they excelled by delivering excellent customer service and receiving positive feedback from mystery shoppers and the manager. Most recently, in October 2020, they began working at Mi9 Retail as a Support Engineer I. Overall, Ketan has demonstrated technical expertise, strong customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to different roles and industries.

Ketan Joshi has a diverse education history in the field of computer science and information technology. In 2002, they completed their secondary education, obtaining their AISSCE from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Dumra-Kutch. Ketan then attended The White Eagle's Public School in Devpur-Kutch from 2007 to 2009, where they completed their 12th grade with a focus on Science A+B.

Moving forward, Ketan pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Application & Information Technology from Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University in Kachchh, Gujarat. Ketan studied at this institution from 2009 to 2012. Subsequently, in 2012, Ketan furthered their education by enrolling in the LDRP Institute of Technology & Research, affiliated with Gujarat Technological University, where they earned a Master's degree in Information Technology. Ketan completed their studies at LDRP Institute of Technology & Research in 2014.

To enhance their skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments, Ketan Joshi also pursued several certifications. In 2020, they obtained the "Transitioning to a Career in Cybersecurity" certification from LinkedIn, as well as the "Learning Java Lambda Expressions" certification, also from LinkedIn.
