Adam Behm

Adam Behm currently serves as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Mia Aesthetics since April 2024. Previously, Adam held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Babson Diagnostics from October 2022 to June 2023, where Adam was instrumental in establishing internal recruiting processes and eliminating agency reliance. Prior to that, Adam served as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Talent Acquisition at Convey Health Solutions, overseeing recruiting functions for a 3,500-employee public company and enhancing performance tracking capabilities. Adam's experience also includes a role as Senior Recruiter for Comcast Business, where staffing strategies were implemented to ensure a diverse candidate pool, and as Recruiting Manager for GardaWorld, focusing on diverse recruitment efforts. Adam earned a Human Resource Management Certificate from Cornell University ILR School and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
