Paul Hoonjan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Paul currently serves as the VP - Customer Care at Mia Aesthetics, where they are responsible for all aspects of the customer journey and outsourcing partnerships. Prior to this, Paul held the position of VP - Quality Assurance, Learning & Development, Performance Coaching at Convey Health Solutions from 2019 to 2022. Paul also served as the VP - Client Operations at LYNX Services, a Solera company, from 2016 to 2019. Paul has held various other management and leadership roles throughout their career, including positions at J.Lodge/StatesideBPO, Arise, Inktel Direct, West Corporation, Vistaprint, CIBC, and Total Credit Recovery. Paul'sexpertise lies in operations management, training, and quality assurance.
Paul Hoonjan completed their bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications at Ryerson University from 1994 to 1998. Paul also obtained a certification in Maximizing Your Influence and Persuasion from the Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education in February 2022.
