Alayna Stiffler is an experienced professional in sales and business mentoring, currently serving as a Direct Sales Leader and Fundraising Specialist at Mia Bella Candles Scent Sations Inc. since March 2021, where Alayna ranks in the top five for company sales and top ten for sponsoring. As the Founder and Independent Business Mentor at Calvary Hill LLC since July 2012, Alayna has focused on coaching and empowering individuals in their business ventures. With a certification from the John C. Maxwell Team as a Business and Leadership Coach, Alayna has developed expertise as a keynote speaker and sales trainer. Previous experience includes substantial roles in direct sales and consulting with Gold Canyon / Calvary Hill Candles, along with corporate coaching at NoFilter Global. Alayna has also hosted a television program highlighting local business leaders and has contributed to organizations through training and mentorship initiatives.
