Nicolò Taeggi

Chris Nicol is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently working at SMART Technologies since July 2010, contributing to the development of hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and educational devices. Previously, Chris served as a Firmware Engineer at SMART Technologies, focusing on firmware development for similar products. Prior experience includes work as an Electronics Contractor at Science Alberta Foundation, where Chris designed and repaired educational devices, and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary, assisting in electronic circuits labs. Early career roles include Electronics Engineer at Grindcom, developing control systems for forestry equipment. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
