Gina Blanco, CIPS, CRS ABR, E-PRO, GRI, PMN, RSPS, SRS, TRC, is a highly experienced Broker-Associate at Douglas Elliman Real Estate since 2016, with a commitment to ethical and exceptional service in real estate transactions. Gina has chaired the Global Alliance Committee at the Council of Residential Specialists since 2014, providing guidance and education to real estate professionals on global buyer and seller interactions. Additionally, Gina serves as the Florida State Chapter Governor for the Women's Council of REALTORS and as the Residential Governor for the MIAMI Association of REALTORS, contributing to strategic directives for a substantial membership base. With continued involvement in the Florida REALTORS Governing Board and a longstanding history of successful real estate practices since 2003 under "Business Built on Integrity," Gina excels in connecting buyers and sellers across South Florida. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Miami Dade College and a Real Estate Broker degree from Gold Coast.

The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) was chartered by the National Association of Realtors in 1920 and is celebrating 102 years of service to Realtors, the buying and selling public, and the communities in South Florida. Comprised of six organizations: MIAMI RESIDENTIAL, MIAMI COMMERCIAL; BROWARD-MIAMI, a division of MIAMI Realtors; JTHS-MIAMI, a division of MIAMI Realtors in the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound area; MIAMI YPN, our Young Professionals Network Council; and the award-winning MIAMI Global Council. MIAMI REALTORS represents over 60,000 total real estate professionals in all aspects of real estate sales, marketing, and brokerage. It is the largest local Realtor association in the U.S. and has official partnerships with 226 international organizations worldwide.
