Patrick Bissett

Patrick Bissett, holding CIPS, CDPE, CIAS, and e-Pro certifications, is an experienced Broker/Owner at Home SOLD Guaranteed Realty since December 2018, managing a full-service brokerage across South Florida and South Carolina. In addition to this role, Patrick has served as an Associate Broker and President of the Council of Residential Specialists since 2004. Patrick's extensive background includes positions as Broker Associate at Florida Realtors and Miami Association of Realtors, as well as sales roles with Keller Williams and RE/Max. Patrick focuses on client service, particularly aiding distressed homeowners and facilitating smooth transactions for buyers and sellers. An alumnus of Hanover College with a BA in Business, Patrick has actively contributed to the Beta Theta Pi fraternity and possesses a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market in various South Florida communities.
