Robert Sadler

Robert Sadler, CAE, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and compliance. Currently, Robert serves as the President of Association of Risk Management, LLC, and has held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at the Miami Association of Realtors since 2007, where responsibilities include managing office manuals, authoring compliance documents, and overseeing the organization's legal documentation and risk management programs. Previous roles include Chief Compliance Officer at ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership and Director of Professional Development at the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, where Robert developed risk management initiatives. Robert's early career included CEO positions at the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors and Omaha Area Board of REALTORS, along with serving as EVP at the Youngstown Board of REALTORS. Robert holds a BSBA in Financial Management of Economics/Real Estate from Kent State University and a BS in Real Estate and Business Decision Making from Youngstown State University.
