Miami Behavioral Health Center / Spectrum Programs, Inc. are the oldest and largest substance abuse/mental health treatment programs in South Florida. It's a not-for-profit and CARF accredited for Residential, Outpatient and Assessment Services. SPI/MBHC are multi-site programs with centers reaching from South Dade to North Broward County.
