Alex Diaz

Alex Diaz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software development and business systems management. Currently, as the Manager of Software Development & Business Systems at Miami Children's Health System since August 2015, Alex oversees software projects and staff, implemented Scrum Agile methodologies, and has developed several mobile applications. Prior roles include Technical Product Manager at HBO Latin America, where responsibilities included managing a custom-built platform for cable subscription authentication, and Director of Enterprise Applications at FirstService Residential Management, supervising a team of developers and executing IT strategies. Alex's career started with roles at Stratadev, Univision Communications, Xcelerate, and Ryder System, showcasing expertise in project management, web development, and application architecture. Alex holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a BS in Computer Science from the University of South Florida.
