Rhonda Snyder

Rhonda Snyder serves as both MCD’s office manager and secretary of the Board of Directors. She joined MCD in 1994. As office manager, Rhonda is the assistant to the general manager and oversees a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the organization. Rhonda has been elected secretary by the Board of Directors annually since 2005. In this role, she coordinates all Board of Directors, Board of Appraisers, and Conservancy Court proceedings. Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code she is responsible for the official records of MCD.
