Shannon Phelps

Shannon Phelps is MCD’s manager of administration. She is responsible for human resources, strategic planning and IT administration. Shannon has been with MCD since 2012. Previously, she worked for the City of Bellbrook in finance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from DeVry University, and earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
