Tracie Abner

Tracie Abner has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Principal at Miami-Dade County Public Schools since July 2006, where responsibilities include planning and administering functions essential for an effective instructional environment at the elementary school level. Previously, Tracie served as Assistant Principal at Hibiscus Elementary School and Oliver Hoover Elementary School, where duties involved supporting the principal in various administrative aspects. Additionally, Tracie worked as an Adjunct Professor at Barry University and began the career as a Reading Coach with Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Tracie holds a Master of Science in Reading from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida State University.
