Ana Bustamante

Ana Bustamante has extensive experience with Miami-Dade County, serving in various leadership roles since August 1990, currently as Chief of Client Engagement Services. Responsibilities include preparing and monitoring contracts for Miami International Airport as part of the Aviation Department's Real Estate Management & Development Group, which generates over $120 million in annual rental revenue. Previous positions include Chief of Staff and Senior Property Manager, along with serving as Assistant to the County Manager and Executive Mayor, where Ana helped align departmental objectives with the County's vision. Ana also worked briefly as the Aviation Special Assistant to Governmental Affairs and Executive Assistant to the Director at the Miami-Dade Elections Department, focusing on improving operational efficiencies. Educational credentials include a degree in Business Administration from St. Thomas University and Executive Management Training from Harvard Kennedy School.
