Gabriella Serrado

Gabriella Serrado currently serves as the Chief of Infrastructure Planning for Miami-Dade County since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Planner at CONSOR Engineers, Project Development & Community Design Manager for the City and County of Denver, Transportation and Mobility Planner for the City of Westminster, and Transportation Planner at Stolfus & Associates, Inc. Gabriella has a strong background in multimodal transportation planning and project management, having led numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing safe, walkable communities. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida International University and the University of Central Florida, respectively.
