Jose Soto

Jose Soto has extensive experience in the water and sewer utility industry, serving as Division Chief of the Quality Assurance & Control Division at the Miami-Dade Water & Sewer Department since February 1981. Key roles have included overseeing the New Customer Division for one of the largest utilities in the U.S., managing the Dual Mains Program as an Engineering Project Manager, and leading various projects related to system records and technical management.
