Resilience Coordinator (adaptation) at Miami-Dade County

Martina Potlach serves as the Resilience Coordinator for the Adaptation Team at Miami-Dade County, focusing on sea level rise and nature-based solutions under Mayor Daniela Levine Cava. As the Founder of SeedTalk, a platform addressing climate adaptation and coastal resilience, Martina also holds a position at Florida International University's Sea Level Solutions Center, coordinating climate change research and outreach. Additional roles include City Lead for Miami Women and Climate, and Future Leader Climate Fellow with Aspen Ideas Climate. Martina's previous experience includes project management for TREESOURCES, design work at ArquitectonicaGEO, and research assistantship at the University of Michigan. With academic credentials comprising a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and ongoing Master’s studies, Martina is dedicated to climate solutions and environmental healing.
