Rolando P. has extensive experience in facilities management and maintenance within Miami-Dade County, holding the position of Facilities Manager in the Department of Transportation & Public Works since December 2016. Previously, Rolando served as a Building Maintenance Supervisor in the Internal Services Department, overseeing facilities management and contract administration across multiple sites. Rolando began the career at Miami-Dade County as a Power Plant Operator at the largest wastewater plant in East Florida, responsible for operating engines and generators. Prior experience includes working as an Industrial Electrician at Daniel Electric from 1988 to 1995, specializing in high voltage equipment and various electrical applications, and serving as Maintenance Supervisor at The Allen Morris Company, managing the maintenance department and building operations. Rolando's education includes training from Lindsey Hopkins Technical Education Center and Miami Senior High School.
