Sara Vallazza

Sara Vallazza possesses extensive experience in employee engagement and human resources, currently serving as the Employee Engagement Coordinator for the Miami-Dade County Human Resources Department since July 2016. Vallazza has been with Miami-Dade County since May 1988, holding the dual role of Employee Engagement Coordinator and IDEA Manager at Community Information and Outreach, where responsibilities include administering the IDEA Machine, IDEA Rewards Program, Employee Recognition Programs, and Employee Discount Program. Vallazza holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Florida International University, earned between 1977 and 1983.
