Luis Guzman

Luis Guzman serves as a Senior Developer at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office, where responsibilities include software design, debugging, development fundamentals, documentation, testing, maintenance, algorithm design, performance tuning, architecture, and coaching. Since February 1995, Luis has also held the position of Programmer/Analyst, focusing on developing and maintaining applications and databases to meet software requirements through effective communication with stakeholders. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Florida International University and a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo.
