Jeffrey Rosenberg has over two decades of management experience in various capacities, currently serving as an Administrative Officer 3 at the Miami-Dade Public Library System since March 2006. In this role, Jeffrey oversees a comprehensive range of management functions for a countywide library system with 50 branches that annually serve over two million patrons, including budgetary, contractual, and maintenance responsibilities for 31 leased facilities. Prior to this, Jeffrey worked at the Miami-Dade County Office of Management and Budget as an Administrative Officer 2, where responsibilities included identifying funding sources and developing legislative opportunities for over 50 County Departments. Jeffrey also held positions such as Grants Specialist at the Office of Homeland Security and Vice President at the Welfare To Work Partnership, emphasizing grant development and program implementation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Florida State University and a Master's degree in Computer Education from Nova Southeastern University.
