Michelle Casanova-Perez

Michelle Casanova-Perez, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at the Miami-Dade Public Library System since 2017, after progressing from the role of Personnel Specialist 2. Prior experience includes positions as an HR Analyst at LNR Property LLC and multiple roles at the Miami Marlins, L.P., where responsibilities ranged from Manager to Coordinator in Human Resources. Earlier in their career, Michelle was a Paralegal/Administrative Assistant at Barreto & Romero, P.A. Michelle holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Marketing from Florida International University, completed in 2014 and 2010, respectively.
