Rolando Delgado Miranda

Rolando Delgado Miranda is an experienced librarian and information management professional with a diverse background in various organizations. Since August 2017, Rolando has served as a librarian and library assistant at the Miami-Dade Public Library System. Prior to that, Rolando worked at Squire Patton Boggs - Peña Prieto Gamundi as a Latin America Knowledge Manager and Senior Researcher, where responsibilities included managing information related to Latin American laws and regulations. Rolando also held the position of ILS Aleph 500 Manager and TIC Manager at Biblioteca Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña, overseeing the Integrated Library System and IT management. Additionally, Rolando was the Library and Archive Manager at Museo Nacional de la Música, focusing on the digitization of musical heritage. Rolando holds a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from Universidad de La Habana and a Master's degree in Information Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
